12  How long will you need accommodation for? 

13  Any furniture, and appliances you will need? 

14  Where have you been sleeping in the past 8 weeks. 

15 list if any of these apply to you,  Aboriginal or Torres Stait Islander, Victim of Domestic Violence, Long term car or street sleeping, over 55's,  been in the defense force,  a Veteran,  If disabled in what way.  Proof of these conditions will maximize your initial rent free period and the discounted rent there after and assessed every 6 months.
