We hope to deliver over 400 emergency temporary transportable homes, in multi sites and gated communities across the metro, and outer metro area, on large land called projects or parks and some are listed below.   We hope each home has 1 or 2 bed rooms, new kitchen, bath room, air conditioning, car port, each to be fenced off for their own yard to keep a pet. 

Tenants will be assessed for a rent free concession of up to 12 months for their first 12 month term. 

  If you have any land, you can offer us to use, please contact us to discuss the type of arrangement, including term of contract and rent or lease of your land. 

The Agreement will be subject to council approval and in consultation with the Neighbours within a reasonable radius.
